Job Summary
About the Position: This Supervisory Maintenance Test Pilot position is located at White Sands Test Center, Army Air Flight Det Operations Branch, with duty location of Holloman AFB, NM. The Range provides Army, Navy, Air Force, DoD, and other customers with high quality services for experimentation, test, research, assessment, development, and training in support of the Nation. (merit).
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a Supervisory Maintenance Test Pilot Utility Helicopter (UH), UH-60.
- Provide recommendations to aircraft personnel to assure proper performance of maintenance within established quality standards.
- Conduct maintenance test flights on aircraft to include items such as engine(s), power train, flight controls, hydraulics, electrical, stabilization, navigational and communications systems.
- Assist in writing standard operating procedures for the aircraft maintenance staff.
