Job Summary

About the Position: This position is only open to Internal Army applicants and Military Spouses. The band NH-04 is equal to the former GS-14 step 01 to GS-15 step 10. The US Army Operation Test Command (OTC) located at Fort Hood, TX uses salary control points within the salary range to allow for differentiation in the level of positions within the same broadband. Therefore, the salary for this position will be set no higher than $161,798.

Job Responsibilities

• In this position you will serve as an Administrative Officer at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command, U.S. Army Operational Test Command, Fort Hood, Texas.
• Serves as a primary advisor and confidant to the command on its history, mission, vision, and contribution to the Army?s material modernization priorities.
• Represent the command at presentations on priorities and policies relating to operational testing.
• Assist in the direction, supervision, and coordination of staff responsible for operational testing and major events.
• Provide detailed oversight of complex, controversial, financial and time sensitive projects.
• Review and direct actions required for incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Assign, direct and evaluates work of subordinates.
