Job Summary

About the Position: This position is located at the U.S. Army Operational Test Command (OTC), with a duty location of Fort Cavazos, Texas. (merit)

Job Responsibilities

• Works with assigned Operations Research Analyst (ORSA) to develop the data management plan and overall quality control plan for test data for each test.
• Applies knowledge of systems, equipment, materiel, concepts, and doctrine in his or her area of expertise, such as Combat Service Support; Mobility and Survivability; Maneuver; Communications, Command, and Control; and/or Information Systems.
• Conducts background research to determine testability of critical operational issues and criteria and develops test or other event concept in support of the requirements for the program.
• Writes test methodologies for overall test design and for specific issue, criterion, and measure of performance requirements. Researches and writes background material for systems concepts being tested.
• Ensures training of test team members in test design and data collection, reduction, and quality control techniques, as needed.
