Job Responsibilities
Serves as a Senior Suitability evaluator and Logistics Management Specialist, overseeing, shaping, and guiding the Suitability and Sustainability evaluations (to include both Integrated Product Support and Reliability, Availability, & Maintainability) for Unmanned Aerial Systems and Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems, as well as performing a broad range of analyses for assigned systems and inherent Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) duties in support of Army Acquisition.
Other duties include:
1) Integrated Product Support and Sustainability evaluation planning, analyses, and reporting in accordance with AR 700-127 and AR 700-142 - Integrated Product Support includes sustainment engineering, supply support, maintenance planning & management, packaging, handling, storage & transportation, technical data, support equipment, training & training support, manpower & personnel, facilities & infrastructure, and computer resources.
2) Integration of Human Systems Engineering (HSI) domain assessments from external agencies into evaluation products.
3) Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) evaluation planning, analysis, and reporting, to include reliability growth planning and projection, applying appropriate RAM policy, standards, methodology and tools.
4) Employing research techniques in support of assigned analyses/evaluations, keeping abreast of developments in evaluation methodologies, systems analysis, and combat and training developments, with particular emphasis on areas relevant to assigned responsibilities.

Conditions of Employment
- This position requires incumbent to be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance, or access, for duration of employment.
- This position requires temporary duty travel (TDY) up to 25% of the time. Must be willing and able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
- This position requires the incumbent to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement OGE Form 450.
