Job Summary

About the Position: This Budget Analyst is located at US Army Operational Test Command, Intel Elec Warfare Test Dir (IEWTD)l Operations Support Division with duty at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and provide technical expertise and guidance in the design, development, test and evaluation, fielding, and modification and/or procurement of Radio Frequency (RF) conventional communications
• Oversee and manage the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for organization-wide systems (instrumentation).
• Work with instrumentation engineers and test team members to establish technical requirements for each test; operational conditions that must be met; limitations; safety and security requirements.
• Develop alternate methods and solutions to problems, particularly those lacking standard/current references, practices and procedures.
• Conduct market research to determine if the test requirements can be met.
• Serve as an advisor to the Directorate senior technical personnel in the design, application, modification, integration and repair of nonstandard telecommunications systems, computers, networks and electronics equipment.
• Administer and monitors implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Oversee the organization instrumentation Cyber Security Program.
