Job Responsibilities
Serves as an Information Technology (IT) Specialist and technical expert in the Office of the CIO for the U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground. Senior system administrator works under the supervision of the Chief Information Officer who issues instructions on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines.
Serves as a System Configuration Control Manager (SCCM) administrator in the Office of the CIO, Electronic Proving Ground. Responsible for administration and support of the System Configuration Control Manager (SCCM) application as part of the EPG TDDN and TITAN network.
Directly supports Risk Management Framework (RMF) efforts through the administration and management of EPG systems.
Determines most efficient and cost effective method meeting requirements, such as modification of current capabilities, replacement of items, upgrades, etc.
- Creates and maintains security policies using Access Control Lists (ACLs) on routers, firewall rules, and IPS policies.
- Ensures identified requirements meet compatibility with DoD, ATEC, and DREN architectural standards and RMF requirements.

Provides expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialist on critical IT issues.
