Job Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in DoD. About the Position: Electronics Engineer position located at the U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground, Test Resources & Laboratories Directorate, E4/Tempest & Antenna Division, Antenna Test Facility (ATF), Fort Huachuca, AZ.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as senior test engineer for all aspects of major test and evaluation projects.
• Develop test concept and coordinates the development of detailed test plans for all tests.
• Negotiate with the System Developer and other government agencies for resources and use of test facilities.
• Responsible for budget, safety, manpower and administrative aspects of assigned projects.
• Monitor and oversee the process of technical service contracts.
