Job Summary
About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports implementation of the organizations Physical Security (PHYSEC) program.
- Develops or supports development of local Physical Security (PHYSEC) policies, standards, and procedures.
- Reviews and approves Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD Form 254) for contracts involving classified information.
- Reviews operations security procedures in order to deny adversaries information about facility capabilities.
- Provides authoritative technical advice to senior leadership and serviced personnel.
- Exercises program oversight of the implementation processes for the organization.
