Job Summary
This Executive Assistant is located at White Sands Test Center XO, Executive Office Division with duty location of White Sands Missile Range, Dona Ana, New Mexico.
This is a full performance NH-02 position.
Job Responsibilities
Advise the White Sands Test Center Commander on matters relative to areas such as coordination, integration, and synchronization of staff actions, events, and protocol activities.
Manage the day-to-day activites, calendars and administrative functions in support of the Test Center.
Develop procedures for areas of responsibility to increase efficiency.
Establish work relationships with individuals such as civilian and military personnel, the public, government agencies, industry and the private sector in obtaining cooperation.

Specialized Experience
General Experience: Three years of progressively responsible experience, 1 year of which was equivalent to at least the NH-01/GS-04 pay band/grade level, which includes: 1) Answer inquiries based upon insight of administrative operations; 2) Prepare reports from statistical data to respond to inquiries; AND 3) Edit rough drafts of material to be printed for errors. This definition of general experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04/NH-01).

Education: Four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 36. Then divide your total number of completed undergraduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 120. Add the two percentages.
