Job Summary

About the Position: The Program Analyst position is located in the G5, Plans Division and will serve as a Future Operations (FUOPS) officer for the U.S. Army Operational Test Command (OTC).

Job Responsibilities

  • Advise the Operational Test Command (OTC) Commander on all aspects of Future Operations (FUOPS) within the command.
  • Coordinate with key personnel from the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) Headquarters (HQ) and staff elements, subordinate organizations, OTC Directorates, and external organizations to synchronize activities and execute FUOPS tasks.
  • Execute Future Operations (FUOPS) and strategic objectives for the command through planning, analyzing, developing, coordinating and linking essential tasks required.
  • Conduct mission analysis consistent with the Military Decision Making Process in preparing and publishing of Operational Orders (OPORDs), Operational Plans (OPLANs), Warning Orders (WARNOs), Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs) or other operational products.
  • Serve as the Command functional expert on Test and Evaluation policies, OTC partnerships, and related subject matter expertise.
  • Represent the Command on issues such as organizational design, program lessons learned, collaboration between Army organizations, infrastructure and technology needs, knowledge management improvements, policy updates, and high priority studies.
  • Plan, schedule, and carry out major projects concerned with the analysis and evaluation of programs.
