- Supervise staff as the Public Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground.
- Serve as the principal advisor to the proving ground's leadership on public-affairs matters.
- Develop programs designed to educate the public about the command's mission.
- Develop public affairs strategies which influence the modification of command policies.
