Job Responsibilities
- Assists the ATC CDAO in developing data standards for the areas of test technology, T&E, modeling and simulation, instrumentation, policy, and methodology.
- Supports the ATC CDAO with implementation of the DoD and U.S. Army Data Strategy objectives within ATEC to make data Visible, Accessible, Understandable, Linked, Trusted, Interoperable, and Secure (VAULTIS).
- Conducts assessments of ATC’s current data posture and provides timely and technically sound solutions in support of data convergence, data modernization, and cloud migration.
- Supports the development of a knowledge management framework within ATEC that helps synchronize points of contact, lines of effort, capabilities, networks, processes, and T&E.
- Gathers critical knowledge to help paint a picture of the current ATC information environment.
- Assists the ATC CDAO with developing and enhancing work processes across the entire Business Mission Area for ATEC to include T&E.
Job Qualification
- Per ATEC 350-1: Employees must have completed 1 year of employment prior to applying for a developmental assignment.
- Must not have previously completed a developmental assignment within the last 2 years.
- Applicants will be excluded from participating in the program if they have been subject to formal disciplinary actions within the last 52 weeks.

- Ability to prepare technical documents and briefings.
- Skills in both oral and written communication to present briefings.

Conditions of Employment
- Position requires the applicant/incumbent to be able to obtain, and maintain, eligibility for a Secret security clearance
- The selected will remain assigned to his/her permanent position of record while on the detail assignment.
- The selected will remain at his/her current grade (DA has no promotion potential).
- The selectee along with the supervisor will sign a Memorandum of Agreement.
- Selectees will be required to sign a Continued Service Agreement (CSA).
