The United States Army Test and Evaluation Command is posting this advertisement to fill a current vacancy. The chosen candidate will serve as a Program Analyst supporting the Aviation Systems & Electronics Test Division, within Yuma Test Center, Yuma, AZ. A selection will be made soon after the closing date. Selection of this position is permanent and will be made at the GS-07 or GS-09 or GS-11 or GS-12 grade level.

Job Responsibilities

 

As a Program Analyst you will:

  • Serve as Program Analyst performing analytical and evaluative work in support of varied, complex and highly visible programs
  • Review/analyze resource requirements and schedules; monitor execution of budgets
  • Develop or improve internal procedures and other program criteria for determining and controlling resource requirements
  • Compose detailed process management maps and internal procedures

  • This position requires temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 10% of the time.
  • This position requires incumbent to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
