Job Responsibilities

  • Serves as an Evaluator within the Survivability Evaluation Directorate. The Survivability Evaluation Directorate serves as the AEC focal point responsible for specialized technical expertise and guidance on all aspects of system evaluation of the following survivability domains: cybersecurity, electromagnetic environmental effects; countermeasures; chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear survivability; electronic warfare; Soldier survivability, and ballistics and lethality.

    Performs integrated survivability evaluation for assigned weapon systems. Responsible for the planning, analyzing, evaluating and reporting of the cybersecurity survivability domain in all system documentation relating to test and evaluation (T&E) in accordance with DOD and Army policies.

    Interacts with program managers and other members of the acquisition community to ensure a comprehensive Test & Evaluation program is conducted. Prepares written analysis, evaluations, and briefings to support Army and DOD materiel decision-making.

  • You will be required to undergo background investigation leading to the successful adjudication of eligibility for a Secret security clearance.   • Position requires incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance, or access, for the duration of employment.

  • The U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command has various incentives that may be available for highly qualified candidates.   • This is a Defense Acquisition Workforce (AWF) position. The employee must meet the DoDI 5000.66 requirements applicable to the Career Category/Functional Area and the Career Level Certification assigned -Practitioner Career Level Certification must be met within 5 years.
